About BarbaraSadler
Barbara has recently begun work as an associate with Path 1 of the General Board of Discipleship of The United Methodist Church. In that capacity she works with annual conferences to help design processes for effectively planting new churches. For the past seven years Barbara has been on the staff of the Alabama/West Florida Conference leading the conference’s initiative in Natural Church Development, a process to help churches grow in health, numbers and faith. She serves on the Board of Congregational Development and has previously served on the board of The United Methodist Children’s Home. Barbara is married to Dr. Herb Sadler, who was pastor of Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church during a 28-year tenure in which the church grew to 2100 in worship attendance and added two campuses.High Expectations Reap Great Fruitfulness
