A FEW quick thoughts about Mission Congregations in response to an inquiry Tom Eblen in the Kentucky Conference sent to all 60 of the congregational developers on November 30, 2007:

1) Start them. Start all of them you can afford. Start them today in every place you can to reach every person you can.
